A catalina is a checkout coupon – there’s a machine next to the receipt printer. Sometimes they have a red or blue border around them.
As for the comments, can you take a screen capture of my screen with the comments you can’t read on them? SHould be able to do ctrl-printScreen and then paste it into word or word perfect or whatever and then email it to me.
