Today I got new glasses. Since Dan works for LensCrafters he gets one free pair of glasses a year. Dan is going to get eye surgery to fix his vision soon, so I got a bonus pair of glasses. My old glasses are only a year old and I still like them a lot. But since I get a free pair, I thought I’d go with something completely different than what I already had. That explains my bold glasses choice! They’re Vogue brand…pretty snazzy. LensCrafters is pretty snobby and expensive. I don’t think I’d buy glasses there normally. With Dan getting his eyes fixed, I should have quite a collection of awesome glasses as the years roll by! That is, until my poor children require glasses. It’s only a matter of time for them, the poor saps. They just have bad genes for poor vision.

Since I already own glasses that are newer and nice, I felt like I could go a little more bold with my new ones. I don’t know that I’d want to wear the bold ones all the time, but they’re so fun! And now I have the option of conservative or bold. Hee hee.
