Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart. (unknown)

SNOW!

I'm losing my marbles over here. It's another snow day. The only difference is that when we woke up this morning there wasn't a drop of snow anywhere, but now there's lots of snow. I sent Amy off to school. Then the snow started coming down. Afternoon kindergarten was canceled. Then I got a phone call from the school saying that school will let out two hours early due to the snow. Dan is also coming home from work early.

I've just about had it with the snow. And it always seems that on snow days someone around here is sick too. I have a slight cold and Kennedy has a worse cold. Nothing like being stuck inside all day with a crabby toddler. To say that I have spring fever would be an understatement. I just took some pictures of our front and back yards.

Here's a picture from our front porch.

A picture from the back door.

And here's cranky Ken herself.

I wanna run in the sun!

I heard you guys were getting alot of snow today.
Come to Denver. At least when it snows, the sun comes right back out.
But there is nothing worse than being stuck in the house with cranky, sick children.
